Describe one great memory and one difficult memory from getting immunization'/vaccination's/iv'/blood donation (115 hits)

The college Infirmary has scene most of us not by preference, yet and still it doesn't hurt to familiarize our self with the staff and day to day activities going on in the campus infirmary+
There are resources and opportunities there and having a friend who is a Doctor or Nurse sure does help in bashful situations+

My experience donating Type O blood has been a helpful and learning experience+
September 22 last year 2023 the picture shows...I went to Ohio State
University on a Friday and said let's do this because I want to clear a
path to clean energy+
When they tell me to wait 10 minutes after donating to go about my day
one must take heed+

Now is a great time to get vaccinated and the health department*
Set up Community Service at the Infirmary*
Donate blood (be sure to take and Iron supplement or eat some source of Iron to qualify)+

"""""How are iron levels typically measured, and what’s considered a healthy range?

We use hemoglobin as a surrogate to measure iron levels, as iron is needed to produce hemoglobin. The general range for adults is between 12 and 18 grams per deciliter. But the minimum required for a woman to donate blood is 12.5 g/dL. For a man, it’s 13 g/dL.

OK keep a cup of something warm to keep the blood flowing and the capillary veins relaxed+

""""""""Capillaries, the smallest and most numerous of the blood vessels, form the connection between the vessels that carry blood away from the heart (arteries) and the vessels that return blood to the heart (veins). The primary function of capillaries is the exchange of materials between the blood and tissue cells. https://training.seer.cancer.gov/anatomy/c... """""""""""
