Facilities Technician - Plant Operations
Description
This position will provide maintenance services throughout the Providence Holy Cross Service area.
Performs repairs on electrical equipment and will make repairs to air conditioning controls, plumbing, drain snaking, carpentry, painting, plastering, and other assigned duties. This position works under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: 2 Year Trade School Degree or Certificate, Major Study: Vocational Training in mechanical, air conditioning, electrical, welding, automotive etc., combined with 3 years experience with Commercial or Industrial building maintenance or
- 5 years experience in commercial or industrial maintenance and repair experience (such as Hospital, Hotel, High Rise buildings).
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
