Learn more at <a href="https://www.jnj.com/medtech" target="_blank">https://www.jnj.com/medtech</a> We are searching for the best talent for Deliver Business Unit Integration Co-Op to be in NJ Raritan<ul><li>The Co-op term is from June 2026 to January 2027.</li><li>Full time requirement (40 hours per week).</li></ul><h2>Purpose:</h2>Johnson & Johnson MedTech Deliver is recruiting for a Fall 2026 Business Unit Integration Co-Op, located in Raritan, NJ. The BUI Deliver team is the strategic group that interfaces with Regional Deliver, Deliver Operations, and the MedTech Business Units across the E2E Supply Chain. Our focus is on Strategy Development, Value Identification, and Supply Chain Process Improvements. This co-op role will support various MedTech Deliver initiatives, with previous understanding of Supply Chain helpful. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: new product launches, continuous improvement, S&OP reviews/governance, network optimization initiatives, cost/benefit analysis, and Deliver process improvement opportunities.<h2>You will be responsible</h2><ul><li>Coordinate and manage multiple Deliver projects simultaneously, providing clear action plans, status updates, and presentations to senior leadership.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams including Planning, Distribution Operations, and Transportation through strategic decision-making and problem-solving.</li><li>Proactively take initiative in ambiguous situations, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity to find innovative solutions.</li><li>Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications / Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.</li><li>Candidate must be currently enrolled in an accredited College/University, pursuing a BA/BS, MA, MBA or PhD in Supply Chain, Engineering business finance, or a related field.</li><li>Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.</li><li>Outlook- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel -Advanced-, Power Point, Word,</li><li>Communication should show transparency of objectives</li><li>Knowledge in Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and Project Management (preferred)</li></ul>Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
