About Transcend Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one clean ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from seven systems to one, standardizing processes to create a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that enables agility and scalability across the business. Additionally, Transcend will remediate end-of-life system exposure expected toward the end of this decade, reducing risk while enabling long-term sustainability. Role Purpose The Senior Functional Analyst – Customer Excellence provides advanced hands-on support for the deployment of order management and CE processes within Transcend. This role independently executes complex scenarios, supports testing leadership, and mentors other analysts. While you are welcome to apply to any or all of the postings, we recommend focusing on the specific country(s) that align with your preferred location(s):United States - Requisition Number: R-066222 Belgium - Requisition Number: R-067059 Remember, whether you apply to one or all of these requisition numbers, your applications will be considered as a single submission.#LI-HybridMajor Duties & Responsibilities Functional Leadership & Execution <ul><li>Functional analysis of complex order management scenarios and Manufacturing-to-commercial system integrations. </li></ul><ul><li>Independently validate interfaces, data flows, and exception handling scenarios. </li></ul><ul><li>Support end-to-end CE Execution testing and deployment readiness. </li></ul><ul><li>Independently execute complex functional activities across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment phases. </li></ul><ul><li>Support and mentor Functional Analysts, providing guidance on functional approach and quality standards. </li></ul><ul><li>Proactively identify functional risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and escalate as needed. </li></ul>Testing, Deployment & Hypercare Support <ul><li>Lead or coordinate Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities within the domain. </li></ul><ul><li>Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide senior functional support during deployment and hypercare. </li></ul>Qualifications Required <ul><li>A minimum of two years of professional experience.</li><li>University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong hands-on functional expertise within the relevant domain in a GxP-regulated environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. </li></ul>Preferred <ul><li>Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience. </li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience mentoring or leading junior analysts. </li></ul>OtherAbility to travel up to 50% of the time both domestically and internationally.Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
