This team includes an exciting portfolio of programs comprised of building and supporting technical solutions to foster customer mission success - from service delivery to large-scale supply chains, mission support, cloud, AI/ML, cyber security, data analytics and more. GDITs Diplomacy, Enforcement & Space (DES) Business Area is seeking a highly experienced IT Services Leader to build strategy, provide operational excellence, and help position GDIT as a strategic partner with the Department of State Consular Affairs (CA) Bureau. As an IT Services Leader, you will promote GDITs brand awareness and position GDIT as a strategic delivery partner. The ideal candidate has relationships with key CA decision makers in the DOS organization as well as experience successfully managing major programs. You will help the CA meet emerging mission needs, provide leadership and foster a high performing team environment, help GDIT continue to grow and expand the portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES: Interface with CA to align GDIT capabilities and strengths to meet mission needsDevelop and leverage relationships with key decision makers and influencersStrengthen alignment of GDIT organizational capabilities to client needsParticipate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle, providing the voice of the customer, including reviews and proposal and content developmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to obtain up to a Top Secret clearanceBachelors Degree or equivalent, 10+ years of leadership experienceCandidates must have in-depth leadership experience supporting programs at CAProven experience driving culture change and leading a dynamic mission-focused teamsStrong strategic development and implementation experience, directing large teamsExperience with federal proposal processes, delivery and executionProven aptitude for teaching, coaching and mentoringLocal to the DC metro area and ability to travel to customer sites, as needed, is requiredDESIRED CERTIFICATIONS:Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP) WHAT GDIT CAN OFFER YOU:Entrepreneurial, flexible and dynamic environment with the ability to make a difference401K with company matchDiverse, collaborative teams of highly motivated critical thinkers and innovatorsChallenging work that makes a real impact on the world around youInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career
